My daughter and I have had the privilege of using the service of Jordan Katz, Real Estate Agent.
Jordan helped us sell our property in the country and help us purchase our condo in the city
almost six years ago.  Just recently we decided to down size and move into an apartment.
Jordan was there for us again.   He is so professional and knowledgeable about the housing
market and always kept us up on the recent properties that were up for sale and those
that were sold.   He is always there to listen and to encourage when things weren't going
as fast as I wanted them to.  Although being very professional, he is kind, caring and considerate.
He always answered phone calls and texts in a timely fashion.  I/we always felt that he was
there looking after and working for us. We enjoy receiving and reading his newsletter which is always
filled with great information.  I/we would have no problem referring him.

I was in the process of selling my house. A friend of mine suggested Jordan. So I decided to him a call. He walked me through the whole process (including fees, of course) and gave me a realistic idea of what I could get for my house and the time line of selling it. During the course of showing the home, some realtors set off the home alarm, and I have two cats at home. When that happened, he always went over to check to make sure everything was okay and the cats were fine. He even sent me a video of them showing me everything was okay. At some point during the whole process, I was under a lot of stress, and I vented on Jordan. He took it stride, but he understood. He went above and beyond for me, and I even consider him a friend. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that needed a realtor.
